Darren Parker


Darren has been the Managing Director of Skyzer since its inception in 2007 and has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of the payments industry. He has extensive experience in banking, acquiring, terminal development and deployment, as well as a focus on commercial and strategic matters. Darren’s passion is delivering a seamless payment experience to our customers with a goal of “Making Payments Simple”. Prior to Skyzer, Darren worked in the banking industry and for a major terminal vendor.


Travis Barnhill

General Manager

Travis started with Skyzer, April 2010 as Reseller Manager and was appointed as General Manager in April 2016. He has been involved with payments and Point of Sale technology for over 20+ years. Travis also has 15+ years’ experience working with dealer channels with technology and enjoys the challenges that it offers.


Helen Mackeson-Smith

Human Resources Manager

Over 20 years, our HR Manager Helen, has led teams through significant HRIS implementations, payroll platform deployments, policy rewrites and improvements, and many periods of organisational change and uncertainty. She’s worked with some of the world’s leading organisations in financial services and Fintech, including Morgan Stanley, ANZ, Schroders, Royal Bank of Scotland, Fiserv and now Skyzer. She is passionate about unleashing people’s potential and her superpower is her world-class pragmatism.


Vineel Dhani

Reseller Channel Manager

Vineel joined Skyzer in August 2008 as the Product Support Manager and since then has been promoted to Reseller Channel Manager to look after Skyzer’s Reseller Network in June 2019. Vineel has over 16 years’ + experience in the payment and technology industry and has previously worked for other Payment Software vendors.

Christine Hogan

Software Certification and Support Manager

Christine joined Skyzer Technologies in January 2017 as the Software Certification and Support Manager. Christine has over 26 years of experience in QA, Testing, Certification and Compliance in the Payments Industry and has previously worked for Paymark and various other Payment Software vendors.

Alan Green

Operations Manager

With a background as a service technician, Alan has gone on to hold various service and operations management roles in companies servicing a wide variety of industries including sheet metal processing, commercial fitness equipment, oil and gas, food production and healthcare.  Alan enjoys the challenge of dealing with rapidly changing environments and ensuring we are always well placed to deliver the best quality product to our customers.


Norman Vaz

Marketing Manager

Norman joined the Skyzer team, January 2019. Having a bachelor’s in marketing and sales Norman has worked in the Marketing industry for over 7+ years. Norman has extensive knowledge with online and offline marketing, working in various industries such as Finance, Construction, and Alternative health Services. His main role here at Skyzer is to help build the Skyzer brand and drive business growth through its online presence with the development of high-level strategic campaigns while working closely with our reseller channel manager.

Harshini Thilakarathne

Accounts Manager

Harshini is an experienced Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Northampton and joined the Skyzer team, March 2019. Harshini is very passionate about accounting and she loves numbers. She has over 7 years of professional experience in commercial finance, accounting operations, project management, and enterprise resource planning and responsible for all account’s duties at Skyzer. Harshini views personal development, customer satisfaction, and integrity as the core elements of her professional values.
