Every Skyzer terminal comes with three years of hardware repair coverage through our Standard Hardware Warranty. Our Extended Hardware Warranty extends your terminal’s Standard Hardware Warranty coverage per additional year.
For accidental damage, each incident is subject to its particular repair fee plus a flat service fee of $50, and applicable tax. To get started on a requested repair, first fill out our Return Materials Authorisation form, or get in touch with our team. We’ll organise shipping the terminal to our headquarters in Auckland. We’ll inspect your terminal when we receive it and send over our full damage report with the final service and repair fee.

As the only authorised service to repair Ingenico terminals in New Zealand, all of Skyzer’s terminals come with a complimentary three (3) year hardware warranty which covers that the terminal will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will operate in the manner represented by Skyzer. To extend your coverage further, purchase our Extended Hardware Warranty.
