Because Skyzer is the only certified Ingenico hardware provider in New Zealand, your terminals have a one stop service and support from our technicians. Most issues can be resolved in a single call, but we also offer extensive repair system if necessary:

 

  • Repair Service Providing repair or replacement is subject to our Standard Hardware Warranty and/or any applicable repair fee, plus a flat service fee of $50 plus GST per terminal.
  • Courier Swap Out Service* Minimising downtime with our courier swap-out service, ensuring you receive a replacement device promptly. *extra cost, fees may vary.
