Scenario

Requirements project:

A client received an urgent and much larger than expected order from their customer. The base product was being shipped in from the manufacturer in South America and needed significant customisation before it was ready for the customer.

Solution Skyzer:

Skyzer set up a rapid customisation zone for the client and performed the necessary:

physical changes to the case assembly
customised software loading
detailed functional testing
asset management tagging and recording
packaging into field despatch cartons with additional accessories
individually addressed and drop-shipped to the client's distributed customer sites

All of this was carried out, with minimal set-up time, to process over 8,000 devices in 21 business days.

The end customer was overwhelmed with how smoothly the client was able to deliver.
